Claudia Micco’s great passion in her small group lessons is to create a sense of sanctuary—safety, intimacy, and great laughs. She loves working with 50+ women who are going through the bumps and course corrections of menopause and coming to terms with where they are in life (vs where they want to be).

Claudia is a gentle, funny, compassionate guide to new levels of health, fitness, and whole self wellness for women ready to change their lives for the better.

Claudia, who is a trained domestic violence counselor, is also deeply passionate about working with women who have experienced trauma, especially women with PTSD and CPTSD.

Wow! I cannot praise Claudia enough! The woman is a genius. When I started working with Claudia, I was dealing with chronic hip pain for over a year. Her keen eye and years of experience led her to predict the injury and provide the right treatment plan. This came after a year of being told by a physical therapist and doctors that it was a simple running injury. After having imaging done, an MD confirmed everything that Claudia had told me and I am now pairing her training with medical support

Throughout the whole time, Claudia has adjusted our training to my abilities, which has not only gotten me into the best shape of my life, but I’m stronger than ever. She runs on the idea of teaching clients so they can train themselves. I feel more confident than ever in my body’s abilities after the support of her HypnoFitness holistic approach.
